RESERVATION POLICIES

General Hotel Policies:

Rate on a double basis per room per night in national currency- MXN, rates plus 21% taxes, rate includes lodging only, extra person rate applies for the third and fourth person, a maximum of two children are accepted sharing a room in existing beds, children over 12 years pay as an extra person.
It is required to be of legal age to register at the hotel, pets are not accepted, free WIFI in common areas, all reservations are subject to the modification and cancellation policies of each season.

VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Check Out: 12:00 noon
